Nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả '63an thiệp dự phòng bệnh tai biến mạch máu não (TBMMN) tại cộng
đồng, các tác giả đã sử dụng phương pháp can thiệp gián tiếp thông qua truyền thông giáo
dục nâng cao kiến thức về bệnh TBMMN và các yếu tố nguy cơ gây bệnh cho người cao tuổi.
Kết quả sau một năm can thiệp cho thấy:
- Đối với bệnh TBMMN: kiến thức mức độ khá tăng 48,5%, thái độ mức độ khá tăng 23%, thực
hành mức độ khá tăng 14,5%.
- Đối với bệnh tăng huyết áp (yếu tố nguy cơ chính): kiến thức mức độ khá tăng 27%, thái độ
mức độ khá tăng 13%, thực hành mức độ khá tăng 13,5%.

Summary
In order to evaluate effectively preventive intervention of stroke disease in community, a study
group used an indirect intervention by health education for elder people. The result showed
that:
- Stroke disease: the knowledge with good grade increased 48.5%, attitude good grade increased
23%, practice good grade increased 14.5%.
- Hypertensive disease: the knowledge with good grade increased 27%, attitude good grade
increased 13.0%, practice good grade increased 13.5%.
