Thay khớp háng với kỹ thuật can thiệp tối thiểu là 1 kỹ thuật mới. Nó cho phép phẫu thuật viên
có thể thay khớp háng qua một đường mổ nhỏ, tổ chức phần mềm bị can thiệp ít hơn, nhờ
vậy hạn chế tối đa các sang chấn do phẫu thuật, giảm lượng máu mất, giúp bệnh nhân (BN)
phục hồi nhanh sau phẫu thuật, tăng độ vững của khớp. Khoa Chấn thương Chỉnh hình, Bệnh
viện 103 bắt đầu áp dụng kỹ thuật này từ 7 - 2005 đến nay cho 168 khớp với 116 BN, bước
đầu cho thấy đây là 1 phương pháp cho kết quả tốt.

Minimally invasive hip replacement is a new technique. It allows the surgeon to perform the
hip replacement through small incision. The advantages of this technique are: minimally exposure,
less trauma to the underlying structures, reduced blood loss, speed postoperative
recovery and avoid dislocation. The Department of Orthopeadics and Traumatology of 103
Hospital started this technique since 7 - 2005 and repleced 168 hips in 116 patients, early
results are exellent.
