Qua nghiên cứu 79 nam công nhân tiếp xúc nghề nghiệp với TNT và 32 người chứng, chúng tôi nhận thấy:
- Số lượng tinh trùng, thể tích tinh dịch, chất lượng tinh trùng ở nam công nhân tiếp xúc nghề nghiệp với TNT thấp hơn rõ rệt so với nhóm chứng với p<0,05 và p<0,001.Tiếp xúc nghề nghiệp với TNT là yếu tố nguy cơ làm giảm số lượng tinh trùng và thể tích tinh dịch ở nam giới với OR = 4,06 - 4,75.
- Thời gian tiếp xúc với TNT càng kéo dài thì số lượng tinh trùng, thể tích tinh dịch và chất lượng tinh trùng càng giảm.

The quantity and quality of spermatozoon in male workers exposed to trinitrotoluen

Summary
Studying on 79 male workers exposured TNT and 32 controls, we regconized that:
- The quantity and quality of spermatozoons and volume of sperm reduced significantly compared with the control with p<0.05; p<0.001. Expose to TNT is the risk factors to reduce the quantity of spermatozoons and the volume of sperm with OR= 4.06 - 4.75.
- The exposed time to TNT is longer, the quantity and quality of spermatozoon and the volume of sperm are reduced.
