Patch test với Bichromat kali 0,5% giúp chẩn đoán quyết định viêm da tiếp xúc dị ứng
(VDTXDƯ) do xi măng. Làm patch test cho 407 bệnh nhân (BN) viêm da tiếp xúc (VDTX) do
xi măng bao gồm 277 BN VDTXDƯ và 130 BN viêm da tiếp xúc kích thích (VDTXKT) cho
thấy: tỷ lệ dương tính là 55,28% (225/407BN), tỷ lệ âm tính là 37,10% (151/407BN), 7,62%
(31/407 BN) có phản ứng kích thích.
Trong số 277 BN VDTXDƯ có 225 phản ứng dương tính chiếm 90,97%, trong đó mức một
cộng là 21,78%, hai cộng là 47,55%, mức ba cộng là 30,47%.

Remarks on the results of patch tets through 407 patients with contact dermatitis from cement

Summary
Patch test with Bichromat kali help the physicians to make comfirm diagnosis contact dermatitis
from cement. 407 patients were diagnosed contact dermatitis from cement, of which 277
(68,06%) had allergic contact dermatitis (ACD) and 130 (31,94%) had irritant contact dermatitis
(ICD). All of them were tested by patch test with Bichromat kali 0,5%. The results showed that:
-225/407 (55,28%) had positive reactions.
-151/407 (31,10%) had negative reactions.
-31/407 (7,62%) had irritant reactions.
Among 225 patients with positive reactions, 49 (21,78%) had mild positive (1+); 107 (47,55%)
had average positive (2+); 69 (30,67%) had strong positive (3+ and 4+).
