Các tác giả đánh giá kết quả điều trị 72 bệnh nhân (BN) gãy hở thân 2 xương cẳng chân bằng
đinh nội tuỷ có chốt tại Khoa Chấn thương, Bệnh viện 175 trong 3 năm (từ tháng 11 - 2005
đến 9 - 2008). Nguyên nhân chủ yếu là tai nạn giao thông (81,94%), trong đó 42 BN (56,76%)
gãy hở độ I và 30 BN (43,24%) gãy hở độ II. Kết quả liền vết thương kỳ đầu 87,84%, nhiễm
khuẩn nông 10,81%. Thời gian theo dõi kết quả xa trung bình 13,25 tháng. Kết quả liền xương
phục hồi chức năng rất tốt 86,95%, tốt 10,87% và trung bình 2,18%, không có kết quả kém.

Evaluation of the treatment results of open fractures of the tibial shaft with an interlocking nail at 175 Hospital

The authors evaluated results of treatment of 72 patients with open fractures of tibial shaft with
an interlooking nails at Department of Othorpaedics and Traumatology at 175 Hospital in the
times from November, 2005 to September, 2008. The main cause is traffic accident (81.94%).
Classfication of open fractures: grade I: 42 patients (56.76%), grade II: 30 patients (43.24%).
The rate of skin heal on the primary period is 87.84%, superficial infection is 10.81%. An
average duration of follow–up is 13.25 months. The rate of bone heal and restore of function
are as follow: 86.95% of patients had excellent, 10.87% had good result, 2.18% patients had
average result.
