Nghiên cứu 101 BN TTPL thể paranoid điều trị sốc điện (EC) kết hợp an thần kinh và an thần
kinh đơn thuần cho thấy: Đáp ứng tốt với EC ở 100% BN, trung bình mỗi BN nhận 7,63 Ġ 1,4
lần EC. Ảo giác hết sau lần EC thứ 4,6Ġ 1,49 . Hoang tưởng hết sau lần EC thứ 4,96Ġ 1,4.
Hết hành vi tự sát sau lần EC thứ 3,25Ġ 0,96. Hết từ chối ăn uống sau lần EC thứ 2,9Ġ 0,99.
Bệnh nhân ngủ được sau lần EC thứ 4,96Ġ 2,1.Tác dụng không mong muốn của EC: 100%
BN có rối loạn định hướng, 69,65% đau đầu nhẹ, 26,79% đau đầu trung bình.So với nhóm
điều trị bằng thuốc an thần kinh đơn thuần, EC kết hợp BN ổn định sớm hơn, sự khác biệt có
ý nghĩa thống kê với p < 0,05.

Summary
The study on 101 paranoid schizophrenic patients treated electroconvulsiv therapy (EC)
and neuroleptic and symply neuroleptic, that given out result such as: To suplied for EC on
100%patients and average for one another received 7,63 1,4th times . Halucination is completed
after 4,6 1,49 EC. Delusion is completed after 4,96 1,4th times. Suicide action is completed
after 3,25 0,96th times and completed eating refused after 4,96 2,1th times of EC.Side
effects: 100% patients have orience disorder, light headach 69,65% and mild headach 26,79%
patients. Treatment by EC and neuroleptic is more differente from neuroleptic only. The most
unsimilar from statistics with p < 0,05.
