Tiêm cầm máu cho 141 bệnh nhân (BN) xuất huyết tiêu hóa (XHTH) do loét dạ dày tá tràng
(DD-TT) có đủ tiêu chuẩn lựa chọn bằng dung dịch HSE2 , đánh giá kết quả tiêm cầm máu,
đánh giá ưu nhược điểm về kỹ thuật và tác dụng phụ của thuốc tiêm.
+ Kết quả:
- Thành công 100%, không có BN nào phải phẫu thuật.
- Cầm máu ngay từ lần tiêm đầu tiên đạt 92,3%, 8 BN (5,7%) tiêm lần 2, 2 BN phải tiêm lần 3.
- Liều tiêm trung bình: 4,4 ± 1,3 ml, số mũi tiêm trung bình 4,0 ± 1,2 mũi, thời gian tiêm trung
bình 12,3 ± 2,1 phút.
+ Dung dịch HSE2 có hiệu quả tốt trong tiêm cầm máu XHTH do loét DD-TT, sử dụng an toàn,
dễ thực hiện.

A prospective radomized study was performed to evaluate the hemostatic effect of injection
therapy with hypertonic salin epinephrin (HSE) in the treatment of peptic ulcer bleeding (PUB).
141 patients with PUB were included in the study. The treatment was performed until bleeding
stopped, in case of relapse or in risk of relapse, the injection was repeated.
Successful rate was 100%, no patient is going to operate. Stable condition (stop bleeding)
after the first injection was observed in 131 patients (92.3%). The number needed the second
injection was 8 patients (5.7%). There was 2 patients needed the third injection.
Dose of HSE2 for each bleeding site: 4.4 ± 1.3 ml, number of injection: 4.0 ± 1.2 injection (maneuver)
time: 12.3 ± 2.1 minutes.
HSE2 was effective in stopping bleeding. Using HSE2 is safety and low cost.
