Nghiên cứu 35 bệnh nhân (BN) sau ghép thận, kết quả cho thấy: độ tiền mẫn cảm của BN thay
đổi rõ rệt, đặc biệt ở thời điểm 2 năm sau ghép thận (p < 0,05). Mối tương quan giữa số lần
truyền máu và độ tiền mẫn cảm trước ghép tương đối chặt chẽ với hệ số tương quan r = 0,83
(p < 0,001). Số lượng tuyệt đối của tiểu quần thể lympho TCD4 và tỷ lệ TCD4/TCD8 ở thời
điểm 1 năm và 2 năm sau ghép thận thấp hơn so với người bình thường (p < 0,05).

Summary
We have conducted the study on 35 kidney transplant recipients. The result showed: presensitization
was significantly changed (p < 0.05), especially at 2 years after transplantation. The
relation between the number of blood infusion and pre-transplant presensitization was close (r
= 0.83; p < 0.001). The number of TCD4 lymphocyte and the ratio of TCD4/TCD8 was significant
lower in the first year after kidney transplantation (p < 0.05).
