TÓM TẮT
Qua nghiên cứu 107 nam công nhân (CN) tiếp xúc nghề nghiệp với TNT và 63 người nhóm
chứng, chúng tôi nhận thấy:
1. Nồng độ testosteron, số lượng tinh trùng, thể tích tinh dịch, chất lượng tinh trùng ở nam CN
tiếp xúc nghề nghiệp với TNT thấp hơn rõ rệt so với nhóm chứng, p < 0,001.
2. Thời gian tiếp xúc với TNT càng dài, nồng độ testosteron, số lượng tinh trùng, thể tích tinh
dịch và chất lượng tinh trùng càng giảm với r = - 0,387 đến – 0,557.

SUMMARY
Studying 107 male workers exposured to TNT and 63 controls, we recognized that:
1. The concentration of serum testosterone, the quantity and quality of spermatozoons and
KHvolume of sperm reduced significantly compared with the controls with p < 0.001.
2. The exposed time to TNT is longer, the concentration of serum testosteron, the quantity and
of spermatozoon and the volume of sperm are reduced with r = - 0.387 to – 0.557.
