Nghiên cứu trên 28 bệnh nhân có hành vi tự sát điều trị tại khoa tâm thần-Bệnh viện 103 cho
thấy:
- Dịch tễ học của hành vi tự sát: 85,7% là nam. 53,6% đã kết hôn. Nhóm tuổi 31-40 có tỷ lệ tự
sát cao nhất với 35,7%. Bộ đội là nhóm nghề nghiệp có tỷ lệ tự sát cao nhất với 35,7%. 75%
trường hợp tự sát xảy ra vào ban ngày. Mùa thu có tỷ lệ tự sát cao nhất (39,3%). 53,6% số
bệnh nhân cư trú tại thành thị. 57,1% có trình độ phổ thông trung học.
- Đặc điểm lâm sàng hành vi tự sát: tự gây chấn thương hay gặp nhất (28,6%). Tiếp theo là
thắt cổ (25%) và dùng dao (25%). Chấn thương tâm lý chỉ chiếm 7,1%. 25% số bệnh nhân có
chuẩn bị cho tự sát.
- Về chẩn đoán bệnh tâm thần: 42,9% là tâm thần phân liệt. 25% là nghiện rượu và 17,8% là
trầm cảm.
- Các triệu chứng tâm thần hay gặp: ảo giác 53,6%. Hoang tưởng 39,3% và trầm cảm 28,6%.
Các bệnh nhân có 2 hành vi tự sát trở lên chiếm 39,3%.

STUDY ON EPIDEMIOLOGY AND CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS IN PATIENTS WITH PARASUICIDE
Summary
A study on 28 patients with parasuicide in Psychiatric deparment in the 103 Hospital, provided
the following results:
- Epidemiologic characteristics of parasuicide: 85.7% of patients are male. 53.6% of patients
are married. Group of age 31-40 has the highest rate with 35.7%. 35.7% of patients are soldiers.
75% of cases were realized on 6-18 hours. The Autumn has the highest rate (39.3%).
53.6% of patients have resident in urban. 57.1% of patients have gradueated secondary
school.
- Clinical characteristics of parasuicide: The rate of selt-injury 28.6%. Hanging 25%. Deliberate
selt-laceration is 25%. The rate of patients with stress-traumatic factor is 7.1%. 24$ of cases
have preparations for parasuicide.
- About diagnosis: 42.9% of patients are schizophrenia. 25% are alcoholism, and 18.7% are
depression.
- More frequent symptoms are hallucinations with 53.6%, delusions: 39.3%; and depressions:
28.6%. 39.3% of cases have two or more than two times of parasuicide.
