Nghiên cứu biến đổi chất lưỡi theo Y học cổ truyền (YHCT) và xét nghiệm công thức máu ở 93
bệnh nhân (BN) tâm thần phân liệt (TTPL) thể paranoid chúng tôi thấy ở giai đoạn I của bệnh,
lưỡi thuộc nhiệt chứng, còn ở giai đoạn III lưỡi thuộc hàn chứng phù hợp với biện chứng “điên
cuồng” của YHCT; hồng cầu (HC), huyết sắc tố (HST) giảm dần từ giai đoạn I, chất lưỡi hồng
đến giai đoạn III, chất l¬ưỡi nhợt, tím. Soi mao mạch ở 30 BN đều thấy biến đổi đơn vị vi tuần
hoàn theo hướng ứ trệ và thoái hoá; phù hợp với tình trạng huyết ứ khi thiệt chẩn.

Summary
Studying the exchanges of tongue prosperity and hematology test in 93 patients with schizophrenia
– paranoid, we have been revealed that: in stage I, tongue is heat and in stage III it
is cold. All above agreed with theory “Frenzy” in traditional medicine RBC, HBG decreased
gradually, red tongue prosperity to pale and violet in stage III. Micro angioplathic unit is exchanged
(degenerative and stasis) the same as tongue diagnosis – blood stasis.
