Tóm tắt
Nghiên cứu điều trị ngoại tâm thu thất (NTTT) của thuốc aams có nguồn gốc thảo mộc trên thỏ
và tim ếch cô lập, gây NTTT thực nghiệm bằng bariclorid, kết quả như sau: thuốc có tác dụng
điều trị loạn nhịp NTTT thực nghiệm, dự phòng loạn nhịp NTTT thực nghiệm mức trung bình
và nặng, giảm có ý nghĩa thời gian xuất hiện và tồn tại NTTT.

The authors studied the effect of drug “aams” extracted from herbal medicine on isolated heart
of rabbit and frog caused extrasystoles by barichlorid. The results are as follows: the drug had
effect on prevention of experimental mild and severe ventricular extrasystoles. The appeared
and existed time ventricular extrasystoles significantly decreased.
