Nghiên cứu 75 bệnh nhân viêm khớp dạng thấp, được chẩn đoán theo tiêu chuẩn của Hội
Thấp khớp Hoa Kỳ (ARA, 1987) có tuổi trung bình 53 ± 12,6 gồm 56 nữ và 19 nam, chúng tôi
rút ra một số kết luận sau:
- Rối loạn trầm cảm 53,3% ; Rối loạn lo âu 65,3%; Rối loạn lo âu trầm cảm phối hợp 44,0%.
- Các rối loạn khác: hội chứng suy nhược 81,3%. Giảm tập trung chú ý 65,3%, giảm trí nhớ
64,7%, các rối loạn tư duy 62,7%, ám ảnh sợ các loại 34,7%, rối loạn hành vi 22,7%.

Summary
This study was done to find out the characteristics of depression and anxiety in 75 patients
with rheumatoid arthritis. The rheumatoid arthritis was diagnosed followed the criteria of
American Rheumatoid Association (1987). The mean age of patiens was 53 ± 12,6, including
56 females and 19 males. The results showed: depression disorder was 53,3%; anxiety
disorder was 65,3%; mixed of depression and anxiety disorder was 44,0%. Other psychiatric
abnormalities were: asthenic syndrome 81,3%, impaired attention 65,3%, impaired memory
64,7%, thinking disorder 62,7%, phobias 34,7%, disorder of behaviour 22,7%
