Nghiên cứu 118 bệnh nhân (BN) ghép thận từ người cho sống và người chết não chúng tôi
thấy: sau 1 năm ghép thận, tỷ lệ BN có chức năng thận ghép bình thường là 37,3% và sau 5
năm là 35,2%. Thời gian sống thêm của thận ghép 1 năm và 5 năm ở nhóm ghép từ người
cho sống là 81,8% và 57,6%; nhóm ghép từ người chết não là 92% và 70,6% (p > 0,05).
Thời gian sống thêm của BN 1 năm và 5 năm của nhóm ghép từ người cho sống là 87,9% và
75,8%; nhóm ghép từ người chết não là 95,3% và 83,5% (p > 0,05). Biến chứng thường gặp
sau ghép: thải ghép cấp và nhiễm trùng.

Study of outcome and some complications in kidney transplant recipients
Summary
We have conducted the study of outcome and some complications in both living donor and
cavader donor kidney recipients transplated from 1992 to 2007 in 103 Hospital. The results
showed that: at 1 year and 5th year post transplantation, the rate of recipients with normal
kidney graft function were 37.3% and 35.2%. In living donor group, 1year and 5 years graft
survival were 81.8% and 57.6%; in cadaver group these rates were 92% and 70.6%. 1 year
and 5 years patient survival for living donor and cadaver group were 87.9%, 70.6% and 95.3%,
83.5% (p > 0.05). The common complication posttransplantation was acute rejection (42.2% in
living donor and 43.5% in cadaver donor group, p > 0.05) and infection (urinary tract infection,
pneumonia).
