Nghiên cứu sự cải thiện lâm sàng và thông khí phổi ở 34 bệnh nhân GPQ điều trị kết hợp nội
soi phế quản, rửa PQPN,kết quả như sau:
- Số lượng tế bào dịch rửa PQ tăng hơn bình thường( 2,68% so với bình thường 1,2%).
Công thức tế bào: N tăng ( 75,2% ). Lâm sàng và thông khí phổi được cải thiện hơn so với
trước rửa: ho khạc đờm mủ trước rửa: 85,26%, sau rửa: 32,34%. Ran rít ran ngáy trước
rửa: 70,56%, sau rửa: 32,34%. Thông khí phổi: FEV1 trước rửa: 47,2% SLT, sau rửa tăng lên
76,1% SLT;

Summary
Studying results of improvement of clinical symptoms and ventilative characteristics in 34 patients
with bronchiectasis, That treated and associated with bronchoscopy and bronchoalveolar
lavage. We had initial results: - Amount of cells in lavage fluid have risen, they are 2,68%;
N:70,6%
- Clinical symptoms have improved significantly after brochoalveolar lavage:
+ purulent productive cough: before: 85,26%, after: 32,34%. + rales in lungs: before: 70,56%,
after: 32,24%. - Ventilation: FEV1( before: 47,2% predic, after: 76,1% predic).
