Nghiên cứu đặc điểm lâm sàng ở 63 bệnh nhân (BN) động kinh cơn lớn có tuổi trung bình 22
( 5,6 thấy: các yếu tố khêu gợi cơn động kinh chiếm 50,79%; trong đó mệt mỏi 19,05%. Các
rối loạn ý thức kiểu lú lẫn và hoàng hôn 57,14%. Rối loạn hình thức tư duy 39,68%; rối loạn
nội dung tư duy: 22,23%, rối loạn cảm xúc 50,79%. Điều trị động kinh và các rối loạn sau cơn
động kinh là hết sức cần thiết cho BN.

Summary
Studying clinical characteristics of 63 patients with grandmal zeisur, the authors have obtained
the following results: the attractive factors to the onset 50.79% in that 19.05% fatigue,
conscious disorders are clouding of consciousness and confusion 57.14%. Thinking disorder
39.68% and 22.23%. Mood disorders 50.79%. Treatment of the onset and postical disorders
are very necessary for patients.
