Nghiên cứu dịch tễ đột quỵ não (ĐQN) trên 87.677 người tại tỉnh Hà Tây vào tháng 12 năm
2006. Kết quả cho thấy: tỷ lệ hiện mắc hàng năm tăng dần từ 27,7/100.000 dân (năm 2002)
lên 33/100.000 dân (năm 2006), tỷ lệ nam/nữ 58,6/41,4. Nhóm tuổi từ 60 - 69 chiếm 30,2%;
tỷ lệ hiện mắc là 885,7/100.000 dân, tuổi từ 70 -79 chiếm 35,5%, tỷ lệ đột quỵ ở thành phố
cao hơn nông thôn: 187,9 và 167,4/100.000 dân. Tỷ lệ tử vong hàng năm cũng tăng dần từ
15,1/100.000 dân (năm 2002) lên 20,5/100.000 dân (năm 2006), tỷ lệ nam cao hơn nữ: 25,8
và 15,5/100.000 dân.

Summary
Study of epidemiology of stroke on 87,677 members in Hatay province in 12 - 2006, the
results showed that: an annual incidence rate was increased: from 27.7/100,000 (2002) to
33/100,000 (2006); Male/female: 58.6/41.4, age from 60 to 69: 34.2%; age from 70 to 79:
35.5/100,000 population, the prevalence of stroke in city is higher than in country: from 187.9
to 167.5/100,000 population, an annual mortality rate increased from 15.1/100,000 (2002) to
20.5/100,000 population (2006), male is higher than female: 25.8 and 15.5/100,000 population.
