Xác định nồng độ natri valproat trong 44 mẫu huyết thanh của 19 bệnh nhân động kinh co
cứng-co giật từ 6-15 tuổi điều trị tại Bệnh viện 103 từ 1999 đến 2001 bằng phương pháp sắc
ký khí. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy:
- Nồng độ natri valproat giữa 2 lần dùng thuốc có sự giao động lớn. Có 76,4% bệnh nhân đã
cắt cơn động kinh với nồng độ natri valproat ở trong vùng điều trị.
Summary
Determination of concentration of natri valproat in blood sample of patients epilepsy.
Determination of concentration of natri valproat in 44 blood samples of 19 patients with grand
mal seizure, aged from 6 to 15 years old, treated in Hospital 103 (1999-2001) by chromatographic
assay indicated that:
1. Blood level of natri valproat fluctuate in two times to take drug. In free seizure patient
group: blood level in the therapeutic range and below the therapeutic range were
76,47% and 25,53%.
2. With the dose of natri valproat 15-3mg/kg/day: 82,36% of patient had the blood level in
the therapeutic range.
