Đề tài này được tiến hành nhằm mục tiêu: “Xác định hàm lượng alpha 1 - antitrypsin ((1-AT)
huyết thanh ở người lớn bình thường”. Đối tượng nghiên cứu gồm 59 người lớn khoẻ mạnh,
31 nam, 28 nữ, tuổi 20 – 60. Định lượng (1-AT huyết thanh bằng phương pháp đo độ đục
miễn dịch. Định lượng protein toàn phần và albumin huyết thanh bằng phương pháp điện di
protein. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy hàm lượng (1-AT huyết thanh ở 59 người lớn Việt Nam
khoẻ mạnh bình thường là 1,59 ± 0,32 g/l. Trong đó, hàm lượng (1-AT huyết thanh ở 31 nam
là 1,62 ± 0,32 g/l, ở 28 nữ là 1,55 ± 0,33 g/l. Hàm lượng (1-AT huyết thanh dao động rộng,
nhưng hoàn toàn nằm trong giới hạn bình thường như các số liệu đã công bố trên thế giới
và Việt Nam. Hàm lượng (1-AT huyết thanh không thay đổi theo tuổi. Tỷ lệ giữa hàm lượng
(1-AT và hàm lượng protein toàn '70hần cũng như albumin huyết thanh biến thiên lớn do hàm
lượng (1-AT dao động rộng.

Summary
The aim of this study was to determine serum alpha 1 – antitrypsin concentration in healthy
adults. Studying objects were 59 healthy adults with ages ranged from 20 to 60 years old, including
31 males and 28 females. The amount of serum alpha 1 – antitrypsin was determined
by means of measuring immunologic turbidity and serum total protein and albumin by serum
protein electrophoresis. The results showed that serum alpha 1 - antitrypsin concentration of
Vietnamese healthy adults was 1.59 ± 0.32 g/l. Serum alpha 1 - antitrypsin concentration
of 39 males was 1.62 ± 0.32 g/L, of 28 females was 1.55 ± 0.33 g/l. Althought the fluctuation
of the serum alpha 1 - antitrypsin concentration was wide, it was still within the normal limit
and similar to published data in and out of Vietnam. Serum alpha 1 - antitrypsin concentration
was not changed for the ages of studying objects. The ratio of the serum alpha 1 - antitrypsin
concentration to serum total protein and albumin very fluctuated depending on the extention
of individual’s serum alpha 1 - antitrypsin concentration.
