Nghiên cứu 25 bệnh nhân (BN) ghép thận tại Bệnh viện 103 chúng tôi thấy: sau ghép 1-2 tuần,
chức năng thận và sức khỏe của bệnh nhân đã phục hồi tốt. Có nhiều biến chứng sau ghép
thận, trong đó thường gặp nhất là loại thải cấp (48%), nhiễm trùng (viêm phế quản-phổi, viêm
đường tiết niệu, herpes); biến chứng về tim mạch và tác dụng phụ của thuốc ức chế miễn dịch
biểu hiện đa dạng, đặc biệt ở thời điểm nhiều năm sau ghép. Hiện nay, 56% số bệnh nhân có chức năng thận ghép bình thường và 5 BN đã sống 5-13 năm sau ghép với chức năng thận tốt.
Kidney transplantation in 103 hospital
summary
Study on 25 kidney transplant patients in the 103 Hospital, we known that: kidney function
was well recoved after 1-2 weeks in almost of the recipents. After kidney transplantation, many
complications are occurred whereas the most common complications were: acute rejection
(48%), infections (broncholitis, pneumoniae, urinary tract infection, herpes). The cardiovascular
events and side effects of the immunosuppressive agents were also commonly happened,
especially in the late period. At present, 56% of patients still living with good kidney function
and patients have survived for 5-13 years after kidney transplantation.
