Theo dõi 33 bệnh nhân ghép thận từ người sống cho thận và 85 bệnh nhân ghép thận từ
người chết não, chúng tôi thấy: đa niệu thường gặp, nhất là ở nhóm bệnh nhân ghép thận từ
người chết não. Thời gian sống thêm 1 năm và 5 năm của thận ghép ở nhóm ghép thận từ
người sống cho thận là 81,8% và 57,6%; ở nhóm ghép thận từ người chết não là 92,9% và
70,6% (p>0,05). Thời gian sống thêm 1 năm và 5 năm của bệnh nhân ở nhóm ghép thận từ
người sống cho thận là 87,9% và 75,8%; ở nhóm ghép thận từ người chết não là 95,3% và
83,5% (p>0,05). Biến chứng thường gặp nhất sau ghép là thải ghép cấp, nhiễm trùng đường
tiết niệu.

Study on clinical, paraclinical and complications in kidney transplant recipients
Summary
We have conducted the study on 33 living donor kidney transplant recipients and 85 cadaver
donor transplant recipients. The study showed: polyuria was commonly seen, especially in
cadaver donor group. In living donor group, 1 year and 5 years graft survival were 81.8% and
57.6%, whereas in cadaver group these rates were 92.9% and 70.6%. 1 year and 5 years patient
survival rate were 87.9% and 75.8% in living donor group, 95.3% and 83.5% in cadaver
group, respectively. The common complications following transplant were acute rejection and
urinary tract infection.
