Nghiên cứu trên 32 bệnh nhân nhiễm HIV/AIDS có số lượng TCD4 < 500 TB/mm3, điều trị
bằng Videx + Zetit tại Bệnh viện Đống Đa - Hà Nội từ tháng 5-2002 đến tháng 5-2004. Kết
quả như sau:
Sau 6 tháng, tình trạng lâm sàng, số lượng TCD4 được cải thiện rõ rệt, tỷ lệ BN có triệu chứng
giảm từ 59,4% còn 18,8%; chỉ số khối cơ thể tăng từ 19,5 lên 20,8; điểm Karnofsky tăng từ
73,4 lên 90,3; số lượng tế bào TCD4 tăng 167 TB/mm3.
Tác dụng phụ của thuốc xuất hiện ở 46,9% bệnh nhân; biểu hiện chủ yếu là mệt mỏi, nhưng
các triệu chứng này giảm nhanh theo thời gian điều trị.
Clinical and biological response in the HIV Inf ected/AIDS patients
treated by videx + zirit
This prospective study was carried on 32 HIV infected/AIDS patients with quantities of TCD4
< 500/mm3, treated by videx + zerit in Dongda Hospital, Hanoi, from May 2002 to May 2004.
The results showed that:
In the HIV infected/AIDS patients treated by videx + zerit, clinical manifestations and the quantities
of TCD4 improved after 6 months of treatment: the percentage of symptomatic patients
decreased from 59.4% to 18.8%, the BMI increased from 19.5 to 20.8; the score of Karnofsky
increased from 73.4 to 90.3, the TCD4 count increased 167 cells/mm3.
The percentage of patients with the side effects of medicine was 46.9%. The most frequent
manifestations were tiredness and headache but they decreased quickly during the treatment
