Nghiên cứu này nhằm đánh giá hiệu quả điều trị giảm đau của mydocalm (dạng tiêm) ở một số
bệnh lý xương - khớp. Chia bệnh nhân (BN) làm 2 nhóm: nhóm 1 điều trị kếthợp meloxicam và
mydocalm (dạng tiêm); nhóm 2 chỉ ding meloxicam. Kết quả cho thấy: nếu kết hợp các thuốc
chống viêm, giảm đau không steroid thì kết quả làm giảm triệu chứng đau nhanh và mạnh hơn
so với chỉ dùng các thuốc chống viêm, giảm đau đơn thuần, đặc biệt trong giai đoạn đau cấp
tính ở một số bệnh lý xương khớp.

SUMMARY
The Aim of this study was carried out to evaluate the therapeutic effect of injectable-formed
Mydocalm in patients with bone and joint diseases. In this study the patients were divided into
2 groups. The first group was administered with injectable-formed Mydocalm and Meloxicam.
The second one was treated by Meloxicam only. The results showed that treatment by NSAIDs
had pain relieving effect; however, when NSAIDs was used in combination with Mydocalm,
better pain relieving effect was achieved, both in rest as well as in actions. In conclusions, this
study demonstrated the supportive effect of Mydocalm in pain relieving treatment. The effect
was most obvious in acute pain, during the acute inflammatory phase of the joint diseases.
