Bệnh thận là một trong những tổn thương sớm ở bệnh nhân (BN) lupus ban đỏ hệ thống
(LPBĐHT). Qua khảo sát một số triệu chứng lâm sàng và cận lâm sàng của tổn thương thận
ở 438 BN LPBĐHT, kết quả cho thấy: BN có tổn thương thận chiếm tỷ lệ cao (78,5%). Một số
triệu chứng hay gặp bao gồm: phù, vô niệu, đái máu, protein niệu >0,5g/24giờ (93,4%). Hai
thể lâm sàng của tổn thương thận hay gặp trong LPBĐHT là hội chứng thận hư và suy thận
mạn ở các giai đoạn khác nhau.

THE FEATURES OF KID NEY DISORDER IN PATINTS WITH SYSTEMIC LUPUSERY THEMATOSUS
Summary
Kidney disrder is one of the early lesion in patients with systemic lupus erythermatosus (SLE).
The objectives of this study were to investigate some clinical and paraclinical, symptoms of
kidney damage in patiens with SLE. 438 patients with SLE were included in the study. The result
showed that: the rate of patients with kidney damage were quitew high (78,5%). Some of
common clinical symptoms of kidney disorder including: adema; oliguria or anuria, hematuria,
proteinuria > 0,5g/24 hours (93,4%). Two clinical type of kidney damage in patients with SLE
are nephrotic syndrome and chronic renal failure in different stage.
