Nghiên cứu trên 83 bệnh nhân (BN) viêm gan (VG) có anti - HCV(+) điều trị tại Bệnh viện
103, Bệnh viện TWQĐ 108 từ 1996 - 2005 thấy: biểu hiện lâm sàng của VG có anti - HCV(+)
thường nhẹ và không đặc hiệu, chủ '79ếu là mệt mỏi, gan to ở mức độ nhẹ, đau tức hạ sườn
phải, nước tiểu vàng, da vàng. Các biểu hiện này thường hồi phục chậm. AST, ALT, bilirubin
toàn phần đa số tăng nhẹ và cũng hồi phục chậm. Trên siêu âm phần lớn BN có kích thước
gan phải < 13 cm, nhu mô gan đều và mật độ âm gan tăng.

Summary
Study of 83 hepatitis patients with anti - HCV positive from 1996 - 2005 treated in 103 and 108
Hospitals, the results showed that: the main clinical characteristics were fatigue, hepatomegaly
in low grade, hepatalgia, yellow urine and jaudince. These ones were light, non - specific
and slowly recovered. The increase of AST, ALT and total bilirubin was mainly light and slowly
recovered, too. The majority of patients had got size of right liver under 13 cm, even parenchyma
of liver and increasing density of liver on the ultrasound.
