Nghiên cứu trên 73 bệnh nhân tâm thần phân liệt thể paranoid có trầm cảm hoặc/và lo âu kết
hợp, tác giả nhận thấy:
• 56,16% bệnh nhân trầm cảm nhẹ, nhưng các triệu chứng giảm khí sắc (100%), mất
hứng thú và sở thích (100%), giảm vận động (56,16%) hay gặp nhất.
• Rối loạn lo âu lan tỏa, cơn hoảng sợ kịch phát ít gặp.
• Sau 3 tuần điều trị bằng thuốc an thần và thuốc chống trầm cảm, các triệu chứng trầm
cảm và lo âu thuyên giảm ít.

CLINICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF DEPRESSIVE AND ANXIETY DISORDER IN SCHIZOPHRENIA TYPE PARANOID
Summary
Studying 73 schizophrenia patients type paranid with depressive disorder and/or anxyety disorder,
we came the following conclusions:
• 56.16% of all patients are mild depressions, but some symptoms such as depressed mood
(100%), diminished interest or pleasure (100%), psychomotor retardation (56.16%) are very
frequent.
• After treatment in 3 weeks with neuroleptic drugs and antidepressive drugs, results arepoor.
