Nghiên cứu đặc điểm Xquang phổi ở 60 bệnh nhân lao phổi người già điều trị nội trú tại bệnh
viện, chúng tôi nhận thấy: Thể lao thâm nhiễm gặp 78,3%, lao xơ hang và lao tản mạn gặp
22,7%. Tổn thương hang gặp 66,6% và tỉ lệ tổn thương ở thuỳ giữa, thuỳ dưới với mức độ tổn
thương vừa và rộng cao hơn nhóm lao phổi ở người trung tuổi.

Summary
Study Features of lung radiography imagings in 60 patients with elderly lung tuberculosis,
the results showed : 78,3% patients with ifiltrated tuberculosis, 22,7% patients are miliary and
fibro-cavernous tuberculosis. 66,6% patients had cavernous necrosis. The rate of patients,
which had injuries of middle and inferior lobes with moderate and large injuries on the lung
radiographies, was higher than the patients with middle-aged tuberculosis.
