Aspergillus là một loại nấm sợi phân bố rộng rãi trong tự nhiên, một số loài có khả năng gây
bệnh cho người và động vật, hay gặp nhất là A.fumigatus, A.flavus, A.niger... U nấm do Aspergillus
(aspergilloma) là một thể bệnh hiếm gặp, nấm phát triển trong một tổn thương cũ,
thường là hang lao. Bệnh tiến triển âm thầm hoặc có triệu chứng như ho ra máu. Chẩn đoán
chủ yếu dựa vào X quang và nuôi cấy phân lập nấm. Điều trị thuốc chống nấm kết quả thấp,
chỉ định phẫu thuật khi ho ra máu nặng và điều kiện bệnh nhân (BN) cho phép. Chúng tôi có
một số nhận xét về chẩn đoán và điều trị u nấm trên BN u nấm phát hiện được ở Bệnh viện

Summary
Aspergillus is a common filamentous fungus. Some species can cause diseases to human
and animals, among them the most prevalent are A.fumigatus, A.flavus, A.niger.... Aspergilloma,
a rare intity, occurs in patients having pre-existing cavities. The disease may exit for
years without symptoms, some patients experience hemoptysis. Diagnose mostly bases on
chest radiography and culture for fungi. Aspergilloma responds poorly to systemic antifungal
therapy, surgical approach needs to be considered in patients with massive hemoptysis
and adequate pulmonary reserve. We have some discussion on a patient with aspergilloma
caused by A.fumigatus in 103 Hospital.
